The new EVV Customer Support number is (833) 483-5587. The current EVV customer support number will no longer be available after January 16th, 2026. All EVV support calls will be redirected to the new Customer Support number. The website link for the Mobile Caregiver+ EVV Provider Portal is https://evv-dashboard.mobilecaregiverplus.com/auth/login.

Again - the new EVV Customer Support number is (833) 483-5587. 

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST 

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays.

The current EVV customer support number will no longer be available after January 31st, 2026. All EVV support calls will be redirected to the new Customer Support number.
