HCBS Incident Reporting System Resources
The Georgia Department of Community Health, HCBS Waiver Unit has developed a new incident reporting system to be used by all providers serving members in the Independent Care Waiver Program and Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. Beginning October 1, 2020, the new system will be implemented statewide.
