Support

The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH), in collaboration with Netsmart, supports EVV Service Providers with the State EVV solution while working with GAMMIS for EVV-related claims submissions. Netsmart can be contacted for technical assistance or questions regarding the State EVV Solution. Providers with general EVV program questions or concerns can contact DCH. The GAMMIS Provider Contact Center or a Gainwell Technologies provider rep is available to providers for training and technical assistance related to GAMMIS system support and claims issues.
