Posted 12/16/25: Attention Georgia EVV Users! EVV Customer Support Is Changing!
The Georgia Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program is updating its customer support resources. As of November 3, 2025, a new EVV Customer Support number is available to EVV users. The current EVV customer support number will no longer be available after January 31st, 2026. All EVV support calls will be redirected to the new Customer Support number.

• The new EVV Customer Support number is (833) 483-5587.

Posted 1/31/2025: Important EVV Updates: Starting February 10, 2025, the website link for the Mobile Caregiver+ EVV Provider Portal will change. Administrators will receive notifications and updates regarding this change through the portal's message tool. Caregivers, who usually only use the portal for training, will not be affected significantly. This change mostly affects administrators and billers.

• NEW URL: https://evv-dashboard.mobilecaregiverplus.com/auth/login 

Timeline:

• 02/10/2025: New URL activated
• 02/24/2025: Old URL deactivated. All users must use the new URL starting by this date.

Please Note:

• The old URL will not automatically redirect to the new URL.
• Agency administrators should ensure that users remove the old link from their saved “favorites” to avoid access issues.
• Agency Administrators will need to notify billers, as they do not have access to the message tool.
